Sandra Radford

Headteacher, Virtus College
Mrs Radford is the Headteacher of Virtus College, bringing a distinguished background in educational leadership, curriculum development, and student progression. She holds an MSc in Learning and Teaching from the University of Oxford, as well as MSc and BSc degrees in Psychology and Social Sciences. Additionally, she is a Level 6 Certified Career Counsellor and has completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
Her previous leadership roles span both school and university-level education. Mrs Radford served as Senior Assistant Head at Gordon’s School — a leading UK state boarding school under the patronage of His Majesty the King — and has held key positions including Head of Sixth Form, Head of Careers, and Head of EPQ.
In higher education, she was Programme Director for university degrees in BSc Psychology, Criminology, Psychology & Sociology, working in partnership with the University of Surrey. In this role, she designed and delivered programmes that bridged academic rigour with real-world relevance, preparing students for success at university and beyond.
Mrs Radford leads Virtus College with a clear vision: to cultivate academic excellence, character, and confidence in every learner, ensuring they are equipped to thrive in a complex and dynamic world.

Natasha Sharoff

Mrs Sharoff read Law at the London School of Economics and brings over 15 years of experience in international education. She currently serves as Deputy Head Academic at Virtus College, where she teaches A-level Economics.
She is a Pearson examiner for Economics and a certified CAP (Counsellor Accreditation Programme) university guidance counsellor. Her previous experience includes teaching roles at Runnymede College, as well as running her own academic support centre. She holds a iPGCE from the TES Institute and is currently completing the NPQSL to further strengthen her leadership practice. She also serves as a board member of the Indian Women’s Charity Association in Madrid, supporting community initiatives and educational causes.

Adam Whitlock

Mr Whitlock has 19 years of experience in education, including a decade in senior leadership. A specialist in sixth form development, he has guided students into top universities including Oxbridge, MIT and Harvard. He has led Religious Education departments in outstanding schools, and contributed to national policy on counter-extremism through the Prevent programme. He holds a Master’s from King’s College London and is currently pursuing the NPQH. At Virtus, he oversees pastoral care, safeguarding, and character education with a firm focus on student wellbeing and purpose.
