At Virtus College, we are deeply committed to making a positive contribution to our wider community. Guided by the belief that we should leave the world better than we found it, our students are encouraged to participate in both school-organised and independent acts of service.
Through volunteering, fundraising, and direct action, students develop a sense of social responsibility while building empathy and leadership.
Partnerships with purpose.
Our Charity Prefect plays a central role in nominating causes and coordinating with partner organisations. From planning events to leading initiatives, students take ownership of projects that make a real difference.
We proudly collaborate with organisations such as Comunidad de Sant’Egidio, where students volunteer monthly to prepare sandwiches for the homeless, and ECOALF’s Limpia Ríos, Salva Océanos, supporting annual river clean-ups across Madrid.
Students also raise funds through events like Halloween costume days, Christmas fair raffles, and bake sales. Through these efforts, students learn that meaningful change begins with small, consistent acts of kindness and commitment.
