Since our foundation, Virtus College has stood for academic excellence, innovation, and a deeply personalised approach to education.
Virtus College is a premium British Sixth Form school located in the heart of Madrid’s most exclusive district. Since our foundation in 2016 by graduates of Oxford University and Imperial College, we have established ourselves as a leading institution for the final two years of secondary education. With an unwavering commitment to academic excellence, our mission is to empower students to access the world’s most prestigious universities and thrive in their chosen futures.
At the core of Virtus lies a profound belief in the power of tailored education. Our small class sizes—never exceeding ten students—allow for bespoke teaching that brings out the best in every individual. This approach is rooted in the finest traditions of British public schools, where close student-teacher relationships and personalised learning pathways create a vibrant and aspirational academic culture. Today, Virtus College welcomes 90 students who benefit from a uniquely supportive and ambitious school environment designed to unlock their full potential.

In 2023, Virtus College opened the doors to its new campus, a purpose-built space that mirrors the feel of a modern university environment.
Every detail of the school has been carefully designed to support the specific needs of A-Level students—from light-filled classrooms and quiet study areas to inspiring communal spaces that promote collaboration and wellbeing.
Surrounded by excellent sports facilities, our students benefit from a balanced education that nurtures both mind and body. For those coming from outside Madrid or from abroad, our residential accommodation offers a safe, comfortable, and vibrant home away from home—encouraging a sense of independence within a caring and structured community.
