3 - Matched placements
We carefully match you with a startup aligned with your profile, strengths and future goals.
4 - Pre-placement preparation
Before your placement begins, you'll receive guidance on communication, workplace expectations, CV development and industry context.
5 - Your placement experience
Over two to four weeks, you'll contribute to real projects inside a startup in Madrid or Barcelona.
You'll be supported by:
6 - Reflection & certificate of completion
At the end of the programme, you'll complete a guided reflection process and receive a certificate summarising your contribution, learning and growth.
